Wow that's some early Zep! This is even before Jimmy Page got his "snake pants" possibly early in their first tour. I had their first album at the time late '68 or early '69. Page by then had been doing Dazed and Confused for a couple of years with the last incarnation of the Yardbirds. He was using the violin bow then too. It was very easy to carry it over to Zeppelin where it became a standard of their repetoire.
Dazed was written oddly enough by a guy named Jake Holmes, an American. Holmes later be All You Can be for the U.S. Army. This is a good find Goldrush. Thanks.
